Dance in the Light

Aislinn the Bard

I life my eyes up to the evening sky
And see the Universe in full display.
My voice set free on notes of wonder, flies
Awe-struck, all I'm left to do is say,

"Abba, abba Father, come to me!
Abba, abba Father, hear my joy!
Abba, abba Father hear my plea
And give me life, give me life!"

A wondrous story in my mind unfolds
Of infinite and joyous starry seas.
A story like the one told long ago
Of covenents and deeds that set us free.

Abba, abba Father, come to me
Abba, abba Father, hear my joy.
Abba, abba Father, hear my plea,
And bring me life, bring me life!

A multitude of times in parallel
All meet in one beloved Eternity.
Beyond the tales my human mind can tell
The Word of God Incarnate rests in me.

Abba, abba Father come to me!
Abba, abba Father hear my joy!
Abba, abba Father hear my plea
And bring me life, bring me life,
Bring me life!
